HEALTH DECLARATION AND WAIVER *

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and fully capable of joining the Awareness Half Marathon 2025, with no known illness, physical condition, or medical issue that would prevent me from safely participating. I acknowledge that although the Organizer will take reasonable safety measures, I am joining the event at my own risk. I agree that the Organizer will not be held liable for any injury, disability, or death that may occur during training or throughout the event. I also understand that any hospital expenses incurred will be my sole responsibility.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood the Declaration of Fitness and Waiver.

Race Participation Guidelines – Awareness Half Marathon 2025 *

⦁	All participants must complete and sign the Official Registration Form, the Declaration of Fitness Waiver, and, for minors, the Parental Consent Form.
⦁	Wearing the official event singlet is highly encouraged.
⦁	Participants are required to wear their assigned bib number clearly on the front of their chest. Those who fail to do so may be disqualified from receiving medals, awards, and other post-race entitlements.
⦁	Any participant may be asked to withdraw from the race at any time by race officials, medical personnel, the race director, or marshals for safety reasons, and must comply immediately.
⦁	The race route may be modified if necessary to ensure safety and manage traffic conditions.
⦁	Runners who do not start the race at the official starting time will be disqualified.
⦁	Participants below 18 years of age are required to submit a Parental Consent/Waiver Form signed by a parent or legal guardian. I hereby declare that I have obtained the necessary consent from my parent or legal guardian, whose details are provided in my emergency contact information.
⦁	Participants below 12 years old will not be allowed to join the run unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian whose name appears in the emergency contact information.
⦁	To claim awards, winners must be physically present during the awarding ceremony. The organizer reserves the right to forfeit awards if winners are absent.
⦁	Gun time will be used as the official basis for determining winners.
⦁	The organizers retain the right to use any photos, videos, or media coverage of the event for promotional or legitimate purposes.
⦁	The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings at the event venue.
⦁	Finisher and event shirt sizes are final and cannot be modified after the registration period has ended.
⦁	All registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to weather conditions, flooding, or other force majeure events beyond the organizers’ control, the race may be rescheduled or relocated, subject to venue availability and prevailing circumstances. The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments without prior notice to ensure the safety and welfare of all participants.
